The driver actually showed up a little early, which was nice. I was still grabbing my stuff, but anyway, the ride was smooth and easy. No issues, got where I needed to go, and everything just felt straightforward.

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute and was expecting it to be a bit of a headache, but it actually turned out to be straightforward. I went through Minicabit and the refund was processed quicker than I thought it would be. The email updates were helpful, and the money came back sooner than expected. Not something I wanted to deal with, of course, but overall it was handled well and I didn’t have to chase anyone.

"Great driver, super professional"
The driver was really polite, showed up on time, and drove safely the whole way. when a driver is like that, the whole trip is always so much easier. I had a really smooth experience and would definitely use Minicabit again
